EUNICOZY is a privately owned e-commerce business registered in South Africa, operating in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008, the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002, and the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA).
*2. Products & Pricing*
All products are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) inclusive of VAT where applicable. While we endeavour to ensure all pricing and product information is accurate, errors may occur. Should an error be discovered, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
Our products are fashion accessories. Colours may vary slightly due to lighting and screen display settings.
*3. Stock & Availability*
We hold local stock in Cape Town. In the unlikely event an item is out of stock after purchase, you will be notified within 24 hours and offered a replacement or full refund.
*4. Orders & Payment*
By placing an order, you confirm that all details provided are true and accurate. We use secure third-party payment providers (Paystack / Yoco / Float / Ozow). We do not store your full card details on our servers.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order suspected of fraudulent activity.
*5. Delivery*
Delivery is nationwide across South Africa via PUDO and Courier Guy. Estimated delivery time is 5-10 working days after dispatch, excluding weekends and public holidays. Tracking will be provided via email and WhatsApp to +27 82 753 6958.
EUNICOZY is not liable for delays caused by courier partners, public holidays, or incorrect address details provided by the customer.
*6. Returns & Refunds - CPA Compliant*
In accordance with Section 44 of the ECT Act and the Consumer Protection Act:
You may cancel your order within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, provided the product is unused, unwashed, in original packaging with all tags attached.
- Customer is responsible for return courier cost unless item is defective/incorrect.
- Sale items are eligible for exchange only, unless defective.
- To initiate a return: Email courage@eunicozy.co.za or WhatsApp +27 82 753 6958 within 14 days with your order number and reason.
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days after inspection.
Defective items: Please report within 6 months of delivery with photo evidence. We will replace or refund at no cost.

All content on this site including images, logos, text, designs, and the names THE CLOUD COLLECTION and THE STRUT COLLECTION are the intellectual property of EUNICOZY. No reproduction without written permission.
*8. Privacy & POPIA*
We respect your privacy. We collect only necessary information (name, contact, delivery address, order info) to fulfill your order and improve your shopping experience.
We do not sell your data. Your information is stored securely via Shopify and is only shared with delivery partners (PUDO / Courier Guy) to fulfil delivery.

*9. Limitation of Liability*
EUNICOZY shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.
